A4 Folded Leaflets File resolution: in order to obtain the optimal level of information for high quality printing, your file must be in 300 dpi (pixels/inch).


Bleed: your documents are trimmed (cut) all around their edges as part of the finishing process. Leave at least 2mm of material around your document. Do not leave this bleed edge blank. If an image or a color must cover all the bottom of your document, position it on all the surface (lost edges included) of your document to avoid a white net on the edges. Frames around the document are to be avoided.


Cutting lines: please do not put cutting lines, crosshairs or other marking elements on your document.


Layers: files must be delivered "flattened". No layers, passwords, comments ...etc


Texts: leave a safety margin of 3 to 5mm from the edge of your file (finished cut format) so that your document is well readable.


Colors: your images must be in CMYK mode. Any other image mode will automatically be transformed into this mode. Thus, to avoid any difference in color rendering, we advise you to work directly in CMYK.


Rate of inking: the sum of the four channels of colors (CMYK) should not exceed 280%, the minimum rate of inking should not be lower than 15%.


Content: Spelling mistakes and overprinting parameters are never checked by our services.


Approval to print (ATP): We check the format of your files (size, resolution). In no case, the visual and textual content is checked. If your files are in a correct format for our printing services, we will check them.
